Target Information
SGKL (SGK3)는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, serum 및 glucocorticoid에 의해 유도되는 SGK와 유사합니다. SGKL은 이러한 자극에 의해 유도되지 않으며, 대신 phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase를 활성화하는 신호에 반응하여 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 여러 표적 단백질을 인산화하며, 중성 아미노산 수송 및 칼륨·염화 이온 채널 활성화에 관여합니다. 다양한 전사적 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
