Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
SEMA4C (semaphorin-4C), also known as SEMAF, is an 833-amino-acid, single-pass type I membrane protein containing one sema domain, one PSI domain, and one Ig-like C2-type domain. It is expressed in various tissues, including lung, kidney, and brain. SEMA4C interacts with GIPC and NCDN and is believed to play a role in neural network formation during development.
