- Reconstitution: Add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.

Target Information
PGM3 catalyzes the conversion of GlcNAc-6-P into GlcNAc-1-P during synthesis of UDP-GlcNAc, a sugar nucleotide essential for multiple glycosylation pathways including protein N- and O-glycosylation.
