Product Specific Information
Description:
The 3.9 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD11c, a 150 kDa integrin alphaX chain. CD11c non-covalently associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer. This complex is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, macrophages, NK cells, dendritic cells, and subsets of T and B lymphocytes. CD11c/CD18 binds to CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion.
Applications Reported:
This antibody is suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at 5 µL (1 µg) per test. One test corresponds to staining a 100 µL cell sample (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Fluorochrome Information:
Alexa Fluor® 700 emits at 723 nm and can be excited with a red laser (633 nm). Recommended optical setup: 685 LP mirror and 710/20 filter.

- CD11c: Expressed in monocytes, macrophages, NK cells, some granulocytes, and subsets of lymphocytes
