Target Information
PSRC1은 정상적인 유사분열 진행에 필수적인 단백질로, 염색체가 중기판에 정렬되는 과정과 분리 속도 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 방추체 역학을 조절하며, 유사분열 방추체의 미세소관 회전율을 증가시켜 자매 키네토코어 간 장력을 형성합니다. PSRC1은 KIF2A와 ANKRD53을 방추체 및 방추극으로 모집하며, p53/TP53 조절 성장 억제에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
