For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NME1 was identified due to reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) exists as a hexamer composed of isoforms A (encoded by this gene) and B (encoded by NME2).
Mutations in NME1 have been associated with aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
Co-transcription with the neighboring NME2 gene produces naturally occurring NME1-NME2 fusion transcripts encoding a hybrid protein containing sequences from both genes.
