이 HRP 결합 친화 정제 항체는 인간 MEK1 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하며, 펩타이드 면역원 서열의 일치성에 따라 인간, 생쥐, 랫트에서도 교차반응이 예상됩니다. MEK2 아이소폼과는 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
MAP2K1 (MEK1) 키나아제는 이중 특이성 단백질 키나아제로, MAPK 신호 전달 경로에서 세포 성장과 분화를 조절합니다. 다양한 성장인자, 사이토카인, 막 탈분극 및 칼슘 유입에 의해 활성화됩니다. MEK1은 Raf1에 의해 Ser218 및 Ser222 잔기의 인산화로 활성화되며, 스트레스 반응, 세포자멸사, 사이토카인에 의한 증식 유도에 관여합니다. 유전자 변이는 cardiofaciocutaneous 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다.
