Target Information
CCR8는 β-케모카인 수용체 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, G 단백질 결합 수용체와 유사한 7-회막 단백질로 예측됩니다. 케모카인과 그 수용체는 염증 부위로 다양한 세포 유형이 이동하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 수용체는 주로 흉선에서 발현되며, I-309, TARC, MIP1β 등이 알려진 리간드입니다. CCR8은 단핵구의 화학주성과 흉선 세포의 세포자멸사 조절에 관여하며, 활성화된 T 세포의 위치 조절에도 기여할 수 있습니다. CCR8 유전자는 케모카인 수용체 유전자 클러스터 영역에 위치하며, 비장, 흉선, NK 세포, 단핵구, T 세포에서 발현이 보고되었습니다.
