Target Information
FUCA2 (Alpha-L-fucosidase)는 glycosphingolipids 및 glycoproteins 내 말단 alpha-L-fucosidase 결합을 가수분해하는 효소입니다. 인간에서는 최소 두 가지의 다형성 alpha-L-fucosidase가 존재하며, FUCA2 유전자는 혈장과 섬유아세포 내 효소 수준을 조절하지만 백혈구에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다. Fucosidosis에서는 혈장과 백혈구 모두에서 alpha-L-fucosidase 결핍이 나타납니다.
