Target Information
Cyclin B2는 B형 사이클린 계열의 단백질로, p34cdc2와 결합하여 세포 주기 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Cyclin B1은 미세소관과 공위치하지만, Cyclin B2는 주로 골지 영역에 존재합니다.
또한 Cyclin B2는 transforming growth factor beta RII와 결합하여 TGF-β 매개 세포 주기 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
