Target Information
EEF1A1 promotes GTP-dependent binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the A-site of ribosomes during protein biosynthesis. Together with PARP1 and TXK, it forms a complex acting as a Th1 cell-specific transcription factor that binds the promoter of IFN-gamma, directly regulating its transcription and contributing to Th1 cytokine production.
