Target Information
NUDT4는 PP-InsP5, PP-InsP4 및 [PP]2-InsP4의 이인산 그룹에서 베타-인산을 절단하여 신호 전달에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 또한 dinucleoside oligophosphate Ap6A를 가수분해하지만 Ap5A는 가수분해하지 않습니다. 주요 반응 생성물은 ADP와 p4a이며, 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate도 가수분해할 수 있습니다. U8 snoRNA decapping에는 관여하지 않으며, U8 snoRNA에 결합합니다.
