This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
CD162 (PSGL-1) is a 120 kDa homodimer protein found on the surface of leukocytes and platelets. It binds CD62P (P-selectin), CD62L (L-selectin), and to a lesser degree CD62E (E-selectin). These interactions are critical for leukocyte adhesion, rolling, and extravasation. CD162 serves as an important immune marker of T cell exhaustion in chronic viral infections and cancer.
