Target Information
ESAM은 55-kDa 막 단백질로, 2개의 세포외 Ig 도메인, 단일 막관통 도메인, 120개의 아미노산으로 구성된 세포질 도메인을 포함합니다. ESAM은 junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) 계열과 관련이 있으며, 내피세포 및 활성화된 혈소판에서 발현됩니다. 내피세포의 tight junction에서 혈관 투과성 조절에 관여하며, VEGF 또는 neutrophil의 유출 반응에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
