Western blot 실험에서는 PBST 또는 TBST 내 5% 탈지분유(non-fat dry milk)를 사용한 차단 및 항체 반응이 권장됩니다. BSA는 권장되지 않습니다.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가지며, 검출, 분류, 정제 등의 다양한 응용에 사용됩니다.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 대상 종(species)의 면역글로불린을 면역원으로 사용하여 숙주 동물에서 생성되며, 항원 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 추가 정제 및 변형 과정을 거쳐 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 생산됩니다.
