For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FOXP1 belongs to subfamily P of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family. These transcription factors regulate tissue- and cell type-specific gene expression during development and adulthood.
FOXP1 contains both DNA-binding and protein-protein interaction domains and may function as a tumor suppressor, as it is lost in several tumor types. It maps to chromosome region 3p14.1, which may contain tumor suppressor genes.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
