APC1 (also known as mitotic checkpoint regulator, MCPR)은 세포 주기 동안 단백질의 유비퀴틴화 및 분해를 조절하는 아나페이스 촉진 복합체(APC/C)의 구성 요소입니다. APC/C는 세포 분열 및 G1 단계 진행을 조절하는 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제로, 아나페이스 억제제, 미토틱 사이클린, 스핀들 관련 단백질 등을 분해하여 세포 분열이 올바른 순서로 진행되도록 합니다. APC/C 구성요소의 mRNA 및 단백질 수준은 대부분의 조직과 세포주에서 유사한 수준으로 발현되어 복합체로 기능함을 시사합니다.
