- Reconstitution: Add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RRM1 (Ribonucleotide reductase M1 polypeptide) is one of two non-identical subunits of ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase, an enzyme catalyzing the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. It provides essential precursors for DNA synthesis and is implicated in carcinogenesis and tumor progression.
