The Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail contains eFluor™ 450-conjugated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich, and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid, and erythroid lineages based on their expression of cell surface antigens.

- Anti-Human CD16 (CB16) eFluor™ 450

- Anti-Human CD235a (HIR2) eFluor™ 450
Applications Reported:
This cocktail has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
Recommended usage: 20 µL per test (defined as the amount that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL).
Cell number should be determined empirically (typically 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Fluorochrome Information:
eFluor™ 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue™, excited at 405 nm and emitting at 445 nm. Ensure that your instrument can detect this fluorochrome.
