Human IgG4는 인간 면역글로불린 G4로, 항원에 대한 면역 반응 중 생성되는 IgG의 하위 클래스입니다. 혈중에서 가장 적은 양으로 존재하며, 병원체 방어보다는 면역 관용 및 염증 억제에 관여합니다. IgG4는 항원 결합 후 식세포 작용 및 보체 활성화를 통해 제거를 유도합니다.
