Target Information
ATG3 (APG3)는 APG8 지질화에 관여하는 광범위하게 발현된 결합 효소로, 자가포식(autophagy) 개시 단계에 필수적입니다. 자가포식은 세포 내 단백질을 오토파고좀-리소좀 경로를 통해 분해하는 과정으로, 세포 성장 조절과 영양분 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. ATG3는 초기 오토파고좀 형성 단계에서 E2-유사 효소로 작용하여 Atg8-phosphatidylethanolamine (Atg8-PE) 결합체 형성을 촉진합니다.
