Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information

Cytoplasmic dyneins are large enzyme complexes (~1,200 kD) containing two force-producing heads formed from dynein heavy chains and stalks linking them to a basal domain with accessory intermediate chains.
DYNLL1 is a light chain component of this complex and interacts with neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), inhibiting its activity by destabilizing the nNOS dimer. This regulation may influence various biological processes through nitric oxide synthase activity modulation.
