Phospho Glycogen Synthase pS641 항체는 인간 골격근 glycogen synthase의 인산화된 pS641 부위를 인식하는 phospho-specific polyclonal antibody입니다.
비인산화된 인간 glycogen synthase에 대한 반응성은 ELISA 기준 1% 미만이며, mouse 조직의 muscle glycogen synthase에도 교차 반응합니다.
기타 종의 glycogen synthase에 대한 반응성은 확인되지 않았습니다.
Target Information
Glycogen Synthase 1 (GYS1)은 α-1,4-glycoside 결합을 통해 glucose monomer를 glycogen 사슬에 추가하는 효소입니다.
이 유전자의 돌연변이는 muscle glycogen storage disease와 관련이 있으며, 다양한 isoform을 암호화하는 alternative splicing 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
