Target Information
TRCG1 is selectively expressed in a subset of taste receptor cells. Trcg1 is alternatively spliced and encodes Trcg1 isoforms of 209 and 825 amino acids (PubMed: 15780750).
Tissue Specificity: Expression is restricted to circumvallate papillae.
