Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
When using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
USP10 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 10) is a cysteine protease belonging to the ubiquitin-specific protease family.
It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from conjugated substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR.
USP10 is also identified as a subunit of DNA-bound androgen receptor (AR) complexes and may regulate AR activity.
Furthermore, USP10 acts as a key regulator of p53 stability and is considered a potential tumor suppressor.
