Target Information
Myosin은 근육의 구조적 구성 요소로, 두 개의 heavy chain과 네 개의 light chain으로 이루어져 있습니다. Myosin light chain은 myosin head의 ATPase 활성을 조절하여 근육 수축을 조절할 수 있습니다. 또한 칼슘과 결합하며 myosin light chain kinase에 의해 활성화됩니다. 서로 다른 아이소폼을 인코딩하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 확인되었습니다.
