Target Information
CXCL16은 CXC chemokine 계열의 구성원으로, CXCR6 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달합니다. 염증 동안 특정 림프구 아형을 유도하고 면역 반응을 촉진할 수 있습니다. CXCL16의 chemokine 도메인은 여섯 개의 시스테인 잔기를 포함하며, 그중 네 개는 CXC chemokine의 특징적인 보존 잔기입니다.
CXCL16 유전자는 273 아미노산 폴리펩타이드를 암호화하며, 29 아미노산의 세포질 도메인과 약 20 아미노산의 막통과 서열을 포함합니다. 세포외 부위는 chemokine 도메인과 확장된 C-말단 mucin-like stalk 서열을 포함하며, 89 아미노산 잔기를 가집니다 (mouse homolog는 86 residues).
