Description:
BK-1/39 단클론 항체는 비오틴(biotin)에 반응합니다. 비오틴은 지방산, 아미노산 대사 및 포도당신생합성에 관여하는 보조효소로, 실험실에서는 단백질이나 항체의 표지에 사용됩니다. 이 항체는 biotin이 결합된 단백질이나 항체를 검출하는 데 유용하며, 신호 증폭이 필요한 경우 특히 적합합니다.

Flow cytometric analysis에 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈액세포에 biotin-conjugated 항체를 이용한 flow cytometric 분석으로 시험됨.
최대 0.25 µg/test 사용 권장. (최종 부피 100 µL 기준)
세포 수는 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험 조건에 따라 조정 필요.
최적 성능을 위해 항체 적정(titration) 권장.
