Target Information
Musashi-1(MSI1)는 RNA 결합 단백질로, 세포 운명 결정 및 줄기세포 상태 유지에 관여합니다. Musashi 패밀리 단백질은 전사 후 유전자 조절에도 관여하며, 두 개의 보존된 RNA 인식 모티프(RNP motif)를 포함합니다. 포유류에서 Musashi-1은 태아의 신장, 뇌, 간, 폐 및 성체의 뇌와 췌장에서 발현됩니다. 인간에서는 해당 유전자가 염색체 12번에 위치합니다.
