항체 용액 사용 전에는 미세원심분리기를 이용해 단백질 응집체를 제거한 후 상등액만 사용하십시오. 최적 희석배수는 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
이 항체는 rabbit IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 rabbit immunoglobulin의 light chain에 결합하며, 다른 종의 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.
