본 항체는 교차 반응을 최소화하기 위해 염소 유래 항-닭 IgY 항체를 친화 정제 및 교차 흡착 처리하였습니다. 교차 흡착은 항체의 특이성을 높여 감도를 향상시키고 배경 염색을 줄이는 정제 단계입니다.
교차 반응 가능성이 있는 종의 혈청 단백질을 포함하는 컬럼 매트릭스를 통해 비특이적 결합 항체를 제거하여 높은 특이성을 확보합니다.
이 과정은 다중 형광 염색 또는 flow cytometry 등에서 뛰어난 성능을 제공합니다.

사용 시 주의사항:

사용 전 단백질 결합 용액을 미세 원심분리 후 상층액만 사용하십시오.
적절한 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정합니다.

Specificity:

Heavy chain on chicken IgY 및 light chain on all chicken immunoglobulins에 결합
Non-immunoglobulin chicken serum proteins에는 결합하지 않음
