이 항체는 비특이적 반응을 최소화하기 위해 소, 염소, 토끼, 쥐, 인간의 혈청 단백질에 대해 교차흡착 처리되었습니다. 교차흡착은 항체의 특이성을 높이는 정제 단계로, 배경 염색과 교차반응을 줄여줍니다.
형광 다중 염색 실험이나 내인성 면역글로불린이 존재하는 조직/세포 염색에서 높은 특이성과 낮은 교차반응을 제공합니다.

사용 시 주의사항:

사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하십시오.
응용에 따라 최적 희석 배율은 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

특이성:

Mouse IgG의 heavy chain 및 모든 mouse immunoglobulin의 light chain에 결합합니다.
비면역글로불린 mouse serum protein 또는 bovine, goat, human, rabbit, rat의 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 mouse 면역글로불린에 특이적인 항체로, 검출, 분류, 정제 등에 사용됩니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 결합 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 숙주 동물에 target species의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생성하며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등 추가 정제를 통해 높은 특이성을 확보합니다.
