Target Information
OCIAD1 maintains stem cell potency and increases STAT3 phosphorylation while controlling ERK phosphorylation.
It may act as a scaffold, enhancing STAT3 recruitment onto endosomes.
Additionally, it is involved in integrin-mediated cancer cell adhesion and colony formation in ovarian cancer (PubMed:20515946). [UniProt]
