Target Information
NR4A1은 스테로이드-갑상선-레티노이드 수용체 초가족의 구성원으로, 뇌, 부신, 갑상선, 간, 고환, 난소, 흉선, 근육, 폐, 전립선 등 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다. 다양한 스트레스 자극 및 성장 인자에 의해 발현이 유도되며, 핵 내 전사 인자로서 흉선세포 및 종양세포의 세포사멸 신호 전달에 관여합니다. 또한 시상하부-뇌하수체 축 신호 전달에도 역할을 합니다. 단백질이 핵에서 미토콘드리아로 이동할 때 세포사멸이 유도됩니다. NR4A1에는 두 가지 상이한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 세 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, RXR은 NR4A1의 파트너로 알려져 있습니다.
