Target Information
IKK gamma는 inhibitor of kappaB kinase (IKK) 복합체의 조절 서브유닛으로, NF-κB를 활성화하여 염증, 면역, 세포 생존 등 여러 경로에 관여하는 유전자의 발현을 유도합니다. 이 유전자 변이는 incontinentia pigmenti, hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia 및 다양한 면역결핍 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 존재하며, X 염색체 인접 영역에 유사한 의사유전자가 위치합니다.
