Target Information
SYMPK는 폴리아데닐화 조절 및 유전자 발현을 촉진하는 핵 단백질로, 폴리아데닐화 기계 구성요소와 고분자 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 단백질은 조절 인자를 폴리아데닐화 복합체로 유도하는 스캐폴드 역할을 하며, 폴리아데닐화되지 않는 히스톤 mRNA의 3’-말단 성숙에도 관여합니다. 또한 일부 세포 유형에서 세포질 접합부의 플라크에도 국재화됩니다.
