Target Information
DDR2는 RTK의 하위 클래스에 속하며, factor VIII-like domain을 포함한 독특한 세포외 영역을 가집니다. DDR1과 DDR2는 Gleevec에 의해 강력히 억제되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. DDR2는 정상적인 골 발달에 필수적이며, MAP kinase 경로를 통해 RUNX2 전사인자를 활성화하여 골아세포 분화 및 연골세포 성숙을 조절합니다. 또한 MMP1, MMP2, MMP13의 상향 조절을 통해 세포외기질 재형성을 조절하고 세포 이동 및 종양 침윤을 촉진합니다. 섬유아세포 이동과 증식을 유도하여 상처 치유에도 기여합니다.
