Target Information
CAMK2A (CaMKII alpha)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 신경 과정, 유전자 발현, 탄수화물 대사, 세포골격 기능, 칼슘 항상성 등 다양한 세포 기능을 조절합니다. Thr286의 자가 인산화는 Ca2+와 칼모듈린 존재 시 CAMK2A를 활성화시켜 칼모듈린 의존형에서 독립형으로 전환시킵니다. CaMKII는 세포 주기 및 전사 조절에 관여하며, 시냅스 형성, 신경 가소성, 골격근의 Ca2+ 수송 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한, 신경세포에서 액틴 필라멘트를 결합 및 번들링하여 가소성 동안 세포골격 재구성에 관여합니다.
