Target Information
T Cell Receptor gamma-delta (TCR γδ)는 γ 및 δ 두 사슬로 구성된 이종이합체 막 수용체로, CD3 단백질 복합체의 일부로 발현됩니다.
γδ T 세포는 αβ T 세포보다 적지만, 장 점막 내상피 림프구(IEL) 등 상피 경계에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
γδ TCR 활성화에 필요한 항원 자극은 주로 MHC class 비의존적으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
