Target Information
T 세포 수용체(TCR)는 MHC class II 분자가 제시하는 펩타이드의 자가/비자가를 구별하여 적응 면역 반응을 조절합니다.
TCR의 자가 펩타이드 인식은 자가면역 질환과 관련이 있으며, 변형된 자가 펩타이드는 종양과 연관될 수 있습니다.
세균 독소군인 슈퍼항원(superantigen)은 TCR과 결합하여 독성 쇼크 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다.
자가항체는 류마티스 관절염(RA), 전신홍반루푸스(SLE) 환자에서 발견되며, TH1 매개 염증 반응을 차단하여 면역 조절 기전을 보일 수 있습니다.
감마-델타 T 세포는 주로 상피 내에 존재하며, 알파-베타 T 세포보다 다양성이 낮고 항원 인식 방식이 다릅니다. 일부 감마-델타 T 세포는 항종양 및 면역조절 활성을 보입니다.
