This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, chicken, equine, mouse, primate, rat, Xenopus, and zebrafish based on sequence homology.
Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band and upon reduction generates a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.

Target Information
Rab11A is a member of the YPT-1 subfamily of Ras-related GTP-binding proteins. Rab11A mRNA is expressed in various tissues including brain, testis, spleen, heart, and gastrointestinal mucosa. In gastric fundus, Rab11A protein localizes to parietal cell tubulovesicles membranes and apical vesicular populations in epithelial cells.
Rab11A is essential for resecretion of alpha-synuclein from neuronal cells via endosome recycling and for exocytosis of vesicles in bladder umbrella cells. It is also involved in biogenesis of Birbeck granules and endosomal activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway through G beta gamma trafficking.
