Target Information
Zinc-finger 단백질은 DNA 결합 도메인을 가지며, 전사 활성화 또는 억제에 관여합니다. 대부분 Krueppel-type DNA 결합 도메인과 KRAB 도메인을 포함하며, KAP1과 상호작용하여 히스톤 변형 단백질을 모집합니다.
SUHW1(ZNF280A, Zinc finger protein 280A, 3`OY11.1, ZNF636 또는 ZNF280)은 542개의 아미노산으로 구성된 핵 내 단백질로, 네 개의 C2H2-type zinc finger를 포함합니다. 전사 조절에 관여하는 전사 인자로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
