Target Information
TCEB1 (Elongin C)는 전사 인자 B (SIII) 복합체의 서브유닛으로, Elongin A/A2, B, C로 구성됩니다. 이 복합체는 RNA polymerase II의 일시적 정지를 억제하여 전사 신장을 활성화합니다. Elongin A는 전사 활성 서브유닛이며, B와 C는 조절 서브유닛입니다. Elongin A2는 고환에서 특이적으로 발현되며, Elongin B 및 C와 안정적인 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. 또한, von Hippel-Lindau 종양 억제 단백질은 Elongin B와 C에 결합하여 전사 신장을 억제합니다. Western blot 분석에서 두 개의 상이한 항체(P100962-T200 및 P100963_P050 / P100963_P100)를 사용한 결과 동일한 분자량이 확인되었습니다.
