The eBio4B10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and human T-bet.
T-bet is a Th1-specific T-box transcription factor critical for Th1 CD4+ T cell lineage development.
T-bet expression is induced by IFN-γ and regulates IFN-γ, IL-12Rβ, and IL-2 expression.
It also plays a role in class-switch recombination in B-cells.

• Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
• Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells using the Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00) following the “One step protocol for intracellular (nuclear) proteins”.
• Recommended Usage: ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
  Titrate for optimal performance.

eFluor 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue™, excited at 405 nm and emitting at 446 nm. Ensure instrument compatibility.
