For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This isoform of 17 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (HSD17B3) is predominantly expressed in the testis and catalyzes the conversion of androstenedione to testosterone.
It preferentially uses NADP as a cofactor.
Deficiency can result in male pseudohermaphroditism with gynecomastia.
