MYO5B는 CART 복합체와의 상호작용을 통해 소포 수송에 관여합니다. CART 복합체는 transferrin receptor recycling에는 필요하지만 EGFR 분해에는 관여하지 않습니다.
RAB11A 및 RAB11FIP2와의 복합체는 NPC1L1을 세포막으로 운반하는 데 필요하며, RAB11A와 함께 CFTR trafficking 및 transferrin recycling에도 관여합니다.
