Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)는 130 kDa 막 당단백질로, scavenger receptor cysteine-rich superfamily에 속하며 hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체 역할을 합니다. CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈으로 인한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/하프토글로빈 복합체의 엔도사이토시스를 통해 철의 흡수 및 재활용 과정에 관여합니다.
CD163은 인간 단핵구 및 대식세포 표면에만 발현되며, 염증의 후기 단계에서 주로 나타납니다. 모든 순환 단핵구와 대부분의 조직 대식세포에서 발현되며, IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 상향 조절됩니다. 반면 LPS 및 PMA는 CD163의 세포 표면에서의 shedding을 유도합니다.
CD163은 칼슘 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 결합하며, HP1F형 다중체 하프토글로빈 복합체에 대해 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다. 또한 CD163은 tyrosine kinase 의존적 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생산, IL-6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
