Target Information
CD163 (M130 antigen, Ber-Mac3, Ki-M8, SM4)는 130 kDa 막단백질로 scavenger receptor cysteine-rich 초가족에 속하며, hemoglobin-haptoglobin 복합체의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD163은 자유 헤모글로빈으로 인한 산화 손상으로부터 조직을 보호하고, 헤모글로빈/핵포합체의 엔도사이토시스 및 헴 분해를 통해 철의 흡수와 재활용에 관여합니다.
CD163은 인간 단핵구와 대식세포 표면에 특이적으로 발현되며, 염증 후기에 주로 활성화됩니다.
모든 순환 단핵구와 대부분의 조직 대식세포에서 발현되지만, 림프 여포의 mantle zone, germinal center, interdigitating reticulum cell 및 Langerhans cell에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD14 양성 단핵구, 대부분의 CD64 양성 단핵구에서 발현되며, CD16 양성 단핵구에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
IL-10, IL-6, dexamethasone에 의해 발현이 증가하며, LPS 및 PMA는 세포 표면 CD163의 shedding을 유도합니다.
CD163은 calcium 및 pH 의존적으로 hemoglobin/haptoglobin 복합체에 결합하며, HP1F형 다중체 haptoglobin 복합체에 더 높은 친화성을 보입니다.
또한 CD163은 tyrosine kinase 의존적 칼슘 이동, inositol triphosphate 생성, IL-6 및 CSF1 분비를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도합니다.
