Target Information
Cytochrome C는 미토콘드리아의 막간 공간에 존재하는 전자 전달 단백질로, 산화적 인산화와 ATP 생성에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
세포자멸사 자극에 의해 Cytochrome C가 미토콘드리아에서 세포질로 방출되면, Apaf-1과 결합하여 procaspase-9을 활성화시키고, 이는 caspase-3을 활성화하여 세포자멸사를 유도합니다.
