Product Specific Information

The 25-D1.16 monoclonal antibody reacts with the ovalbumin-derived peptide SIINFEKL bound to H-2Kb of MHC class I, but not with unbound H-2Kb or irrelevant peptide complexes.
Useful for tracking the quantity and localization of antigen-presenting cells (APC) in vivo.

• Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
• Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes (≤ 0.5 µg/test).
  • A test = amount of antibody staining a sample in 100 µL final volume.
  • Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test (empirically determined).
  • Titrate antibody for optimal performance.

Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 737 (BUV737)

• Tandem dye emitting at 732 nm, for use with UV (355 nm) laser cytometers.
• Ensure instrument compatibility.
• Use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401) or Brilliant Stain Buffer (00-4409) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions when using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies.
• Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and samples from light.
• Fixation: Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using IC Fixation Buffer or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution.
